Message	wrench where you lets say set the dial through turning the handle and you have the locking mechanism at the bottom of the handle, be sure to open it to the loosest/lowest setting after use so that the spring mechanism doesn't stay compressed at say 150 ft lbs for 3 months before you need to use it again. This will keep things more accurate.
